Overview
This guide will help you initiate backups manually for one or more users — without scheduling them for automated backups.
Navigate to Admin Panel > Users
From the Users list, the Admin can manually trigger backups at any time.

How to Perform Manual Backup
Follow these steps to create manual backups for one or more users from users list.
- Select one or more users using the checkboxes in the first column.
- Click the Backup Now button on the top-left or next to individual users.
- A Backup Configuration popup will appear with following fields :
4. Click the “Backup Now” button from Popup form to begin the backup process immediately.
5. A success message will appear, and you can track the progress in the Admin Panel > Tasks page.
Note : Each manual backup will be listed in the restore/download section once completed.
How to Perform Manual Backup using CLI
Backuply also supports running backups directly using the command line.
Navigate to Terminal and use the following command
