Restore and Download backups

Overview

The Restore and Download wizard allows you to view, restore, or download existing backups created by Admin.

Navigate to Admin Panel > Restore and Download

To search backups to Restore / Download please follow these steps :

Select User: Choose a user to filter backups created for that user.

Select Date: Narrow down results by a specific date (optional).

Click Show Backups Lists all matching backups based on your filters.

Once you have list of all required backups you can :

Restore the selected backup directly.

Download the compressed backup archive.

Delete an individual backup file.

To restore backup please perform following steps :

The system will begin restoring the selected backup. You can monitor the progress from the Admin Panel > Tasks.

To delete multiple backups you can select multiple backups using the checkboxes on the left, then click Delete Selected to remove them in bulk.
