Backuply Server 1.1.9 Launched

All-in-one solution for Backup, Restore and Migration.

Backuply Server 1.1.9 Launched

Hi,

We have launched Backuply Server version 1.1.9
The following are the list of improvements and bug fixes :

[Task] Removed the Delete option from the UI when backup deletion is disabled.

[Improvement] Applied system resource limits to restore processes for improved stability and controlled resource usage.

[Improvement] Addressed compatibility issues where some Linux servers were unable to run the Backuply binary. The binary can now be compiled directly on the server using the command:
backuply --repair

[Security-fix] Implemented an enhanced security mechanism for the restore process to ensure data is restored safely within the users home directory.

[Bug-fix] Fixed an issue with home directory validation when both the username and home directory share the same name.

[Bug-fix] Fixed an issue where retrying a connection retained previous attempt errors. These are now properly handled and ignored.

[Bug-fix] Fixed an issue where exporting the list of backup servers resulted in an empty file.

Launched in RELEASE : (03-11-2025)
Launched in STABLE : (03-11-2025)
